The location is perfect, just a quick 15-minute journey from Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express train service. the room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the delicious afternoon tea offered at Carriages, as well as the modern British and internationally inspired dishes. the hotel's executive lounge provided a quiet space to unwind after a long day of exploring London. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service and amenities in a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.
